At BigtimeTeez, every item is custom-printed and dispatched directly from the United States. We process orders from Monday through Saturday, with a daily order cutoff time of 12:00 PM (EST).

Note: Depending on the specific items in your cart, your order may occasionally arrive in multiple shipments to ensure the fastest delivery.

1. Shipping Rates & Processing

  • US Domestic Shipping: Flat rate of $4.99 (Free standard shipping on orders over $70)

  • International Shipping: Standard rates begin at $13.00

2. Order Timeline (Production & Delivery)

Total fulfillment time consists of production time plus carrier transit time:

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, we will send an automated email notification containing your shipping carrier details and a tracking number (whenever available) so you can follow its progress online.

4. Key Shipping Policies

  • Address Updates: We can only modify delivery addresses within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item moves into production, address updates are no longer possible. Please verify your address during checkout.

  • Combined Orders: Separate orders cannot be merged into a single package.

  • Multiple Destinations: If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place an individual order for each location.

5. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)

For deliveries outside the United States, your local government or customs authority may levy import taxes, customs duties, or handling charges.

  • Customer Responsibility: These extra fees are not covered by BigtimeTeez and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs Clearance: International shipments may experience unexpected clearance delays beyond our control. We advise reaching out to your local customs office for specific regional guidance.
